Mrs. Taylor brings a unique and dynamic perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by a successful first career as a non-profit and public health executive. Her background in community-focused leadership instilled a deep understanding of relationship-building, strategic communication, and the importance of long-term impact—skills she has seamlessly translated into the commercial real estate industry.

As CEO of Prime Capital Real Estate, Mrs. Taylor brings integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client success. She has earned a reputation in the real estate industry for delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and service. Her clients value her collaborative approach, deep market knowledge, and ability to navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Mrs. Taylor is actively involved in her community through civic and philanthropic efforts. She volunteers her time with organizations such as Junior League, National Charity League, Tyler ISD Education Foundation, Women’s Symphony League, and Habitat for Humanity.

A proud Baylor University graduate, Mrs. Taylor and her husband, Chris, enjoy life on Lake Palestine with their four children.

President - Founder

Onyi Odunukwe

Mr. Odunukwe is the President and Founder of Prime Capital Group, where he sets the company’s vision and strategic direction. The son of Nigerian immigrants, he was raised with strong values of hard work and ownership.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Mr. Odunukwe initially pursued a career in medicine but shifted focus to real estate. He launched Glo Tanning, the fastest-growing franchise in the industry, while also investing in and developing properties. After a decade of hands-on experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and management, he founded Prime Capital Group, which now owns properties across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida.

With nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Odunukwe leads Prime Capital Group with expertise and passion. He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Sandra and their two children, and is actively involved in social and philanthropic initiatives.
